Requirements

- Proven initiative and ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- Motivation to grow within a mission-led company.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner execution across the funnel through onboarding, closing, expansion, and renewal.
- Manage broker onboarding processes with clear expectations and materials.
- Drive pipeline growth by increasing the volume and quality of partner-sourced leads.
- Identify and resolve deal blockers related to credit, pricing, and terms.
- Support opportunities through to close including documentation and commercial detail.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot.
- Share market trends, objections, and messaging gaps to improve company strategy.
- Represent the company with professionalism to all partners and prospects.
