Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or publishing
- Experience working with sales teams and client-facing account management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with CRM/order management systems
- Experience with complex, multi-channel advertising solutions across national accounts
- Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and campaign strategy
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Managers and internal teams to develop strategic, customized advertising solutions
- Build and evolve media plans based on client objectives, performance data, and market insights
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, reporting, and optimization
- Lead coordination for custom programs, sponsorships, and creative builds
- Work closely with Client Strategy and Client Services to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Maintain proactive client communication
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and support new business initiatives
