Responsibilities

  • Maintain and form new relationships with different buyers at small to mid-market brands
  • Focus on customer experience and value realization
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewal opportunities
  • Collaborate with expansion sellers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Leverage tech stack for data-driven decisions and territory management
  • Diagnose and engage higher risk customers to reduce churn
  • Navigate company solutions to solve client problems
