Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong relationship building, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology in daily workflows
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with sales fundamentals and customer service basics
Responsibilities
- Maintain and form new relationships with different buyers at small to mid-market brands
- Focus on customer experience and value realization
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewal opportunities
- Collaborate with expansion sellers to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Leverage tech stack for data-driven decisions and territory management
- Diagnose and engage higher risk customers to reduce churn
- Navigate company solutions to solve client problems
