Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact and build trust-based relationships

- Collaborate with project managers on scopes, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure client deliverables align with quality standards and SOPs
- Manage financial tracking, revenue reporting, and budget monitoring

- Mentor junior team members and support onboarding
- Flag resource gaps and project risks to leadership
