Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of affiliate marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with enterprise-level accounts or Fortune 500/VC-funded brands
- Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms like Impact, ShareASale, Partnerize, or PartnerStack
- Intermediate Excel capabilities including VLOOKUPs and SUMIF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to work independently and find creative solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives to drive portfolio growth
- Develop new business opportunities and assist with agency go-to-market efforts
- Lead strategic client relationships and set clear expectations
- Manage a team of Account Managers and Associates
- Formulate and execute strategies to achieve client goals
- Lead strategic partner recruitment
- Monitor performance and provide recommendations for scale and efficiency
- Mentor and direct younger staff members
- Build and scale internal agency processes
