- Own the ML function end to end: holding people, priorities, strategy, and outcomes.
- Develop, propose, and sign off on ML strategy in partnership with the GM.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the ML team.
- Build and maintain operational rituals including sprint cadences, incident reviews, and model monitoring.
- Enable team experts by facilitating decision-making and surfacing risks without adding management overhead.
- Drive collaboration with the Rosso Engineering Manager to align ML and software engineering workflows.
