- Partner with Engine leaders to understand how teams are performing and where friction exists
- Spot early signals across delivery, quality, team health, and capability
- Support root cause diagnosis (e.g., org design, role clarity, leadership, resourcing, ways of working)
- Help design and deliver practical solutions that improve performance
- Coach managers on performance expectations, feedback, and team effectiveness
- Work with Talent to identify hiring gaps and improve hiring quality
- Handle people situations (including ER) with sound judgement, pace, and support where needed
- Contribute to projects that improve performance across tem (e.g., onboarding, org design, performance systems)
- Keep work visible and outcomes measurable through clear communication and tracking
