Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Experience working across multiple markets, preferably within Arabia, Africa, GCC, or MENA regions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing performance data, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns including creative, influencer, and PR teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining documentation, trackers, and reports.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take full ownership of initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic fluency is preferred.
- Experience in travel, telecom, e-commerce, mobile apps, or fintech is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, QuickSight, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Notion is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Pull and maintain marketing performance data across channels, markets, and time periods.
- Track key growth KPIs including spend, revenue, CAC, ROI, installs, and conversion rates.
- Maintain regional trackers, dashboards, and reporting files to ensure performance is monitored.
- Coordinate regional marketing initiatives across Growth, Performance, Content, Creative, Influencer, PR, and Product teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, asset requirements, and stakeholder follow-ups to ensure launch readiness.
- Support operational tasks such as invoice raising, budget tracking, and vendor documentation.
