Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Preferred experience in Education, Government, Public Sector, Workforce Development, EdTech, SaaS, technology, data, or research
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Public Policy, or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns and creating content
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-focused and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with Slack

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support market priorities, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Gather market, customer, and competitive insights
  • Create content and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to deliver targeted programs and messaging
  • Support events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive advocacy, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve business objectives
  • Use data and insights to optimize performance and impact
