Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Preferred experience in Education, Government, Public Sector, Workforce Development, EdTech, SaaS, technology, data, or research
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, Public Policy, or equivalent experience
- Experience developing marketing campaigns and creating content
- Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Slack
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support market priorities, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- Gather market, customer, and competitive insights
- Create content and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, retention, and expansion
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to deliver targeted programs and messaging
- Support events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives
- Partner with Customer Success to drive advocacy, retention, and growth
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to achieve business objectives
- Use data and insights to optimize performance and impact
