- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in U.S. dental scheduling, insurance verification, or treatment coordination.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales or lead conversion.
- Conversational familiarity with dental terminology for high-value procedures like implants and aligners.
- Flawless and professional English phone presence.
- Ability to build trust with Florida residents over the phone.
- Secure, silent home office workspace compliant with HIPAA privacy laws.
- High-speed internet access.
- Ability to utilize an automated time-tracker.
- Experience with Fuse EMR or Mango Voice is highly preferred.
- Experience handling leads from digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of digital marketing leads generated via Google and Facebook Ads.
- Perform rapid speed-to-lead follow-up via phone and text using Mango Voice.
- Track, tag, and manage prospective patients within Fuse EMR and lead management software.
- Mine historic patient recall files to re-engage overdue hygiene and restorative patients.
- Strategically schedule patient encounters to maintain 100% hygiene block utilization.
- Contact insurance providers for comprehensive verification of benefits for out-of-network PPO and Humana Medicare plans.
- Document insurance breakdown notes to facilitate financial transparency for patients.
