- Proven track record of managing a hygiene recall pipeline.
- Solid understanding of dental insurance verification processes (PPO/HMO).
- Clear, professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Articulate and welcoming phone presence.
- Distraction-free home office setup compliant with HIPAA privacy laws.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to utilize mandatory automated time-tracking software.
Responsibilities
- Identify and re-engage lapsed patients to optimize hygiene recall schedules.
- Manage appointment bookings and optimize daily calendar flow for provider efficiency.
- Execute outbound confirmation calls and texts to reduce no-shows and fill cancellation gaps.
- Perform comprehensive dental insurance verifications, including maximums and deductibles.
- Create and maintain accurate digital patient charts and demographic profiles.
- Manage primary email inboxes by sorting inquiries and routing communication to the clinical team.
- Handle inbound phone queues with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
