  • Execute outbound confirmation calls and texts to reduce no-shows and fill cancellation gaps.
  • Perform comprehensive dental insurance verifications, including maximums and deductibles.
  • Create and maintain accurate digital patient charts and demographic profiles.
  • Manage primary email inboxes by sorting inquiries and routing communication to the clinical team.
  • Handle inbound phone queues with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
