Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in live chat support.
  • Proficiency with Intercom.
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent English skills at C1 level.
  • For German-speaking agents, excellent German skills at C1 level in addition to English.
  • Capability to visit the BGC office to pick up equipment.
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month project role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat.
  • Respond to inquiries quickly and kindly to meet SLA response time and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, the switching process, invoices, and meter readings.
  • Identify pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex cases.
  • Coordinate closely with the 2nd Level Support team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry topics and products.
