Responsibilities
- Resolve partner requests for online transfer bookings
- Process order changes and additional service bookings
- Resolve booking incidents
- Support partners in product search and booking workflows
- Interact with suppliers regarding bookings via email and phone
- Utilize CRM systems and internal databases
