  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain zero error rates.
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of emails and orders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with order management systems or CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution and communication.
  • High sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Submission of a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor company inboxes and respond to customer communications.
  • Accurately enter and verify order details including SKUs, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from entry to release.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and provide status updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints, shipping errors, and process returns/credits.
  • Support sales representatives with quoting and contract pricing verification.
  • Source non-stock items and manage vendor coordination.
