- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain zero error rates.
- Comfortable managing high volumes of emails and orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with order management systems or CRM software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive approach to issue resolution and communication.
- High sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Submission of a 1-2 minute Loom video introduction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor company inboxes and respond to customer communications.
- Accurately enter and verify order details including SKUs, pricing, and shipping information.
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from entry to release.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and provide status updates to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, shipping errors, and process returns/credits.
- Support sales representatives with quoting and contract pricing verification.
- Source non-stock items and manage vendor coordination.
