Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) & French (written & spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Excellent communication skills (at least B2 level in both languages)
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Reliable computer (1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM) and high-speed internet (25 Mbps main, 10 Mbps backup)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client emails and portal requests in French and English
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for French and English-speaking customers
  • Assist customers with empathetic support and swift coordination
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Build trusted relationships through solution-oriented interactions
  • Document all interactions and adhere to data privacy protocols
  • Handle after-hours inquiries via live chat, SMS, email, and phone
  • Dispatch maintenance and housekeeping for emergencies
  • Manage guest reservations including payments and check-in workflows
