Requirements
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) & French (written & spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
- Excellent communication skills (at least B2 level in both languages)
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Reliable computer (1.8 GHz processor, 4GB RAM) and high-speed internet (25 Mbps main, 10 Mbps backup)
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client emails and portal requests in French and English
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for French and English-speaking customers
- Assist customers with empathetic support and swift coordination
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
- Build trusted relationships through solution-oriented interactions
- Document all interactions and adhere to data privacy protocols
- Handle after-hours inquiries via live chat, SMS, email, and phone
- Dispatch maintenance and housekeeping for emergencies
- Manage guest reservations including payments and check-in workflows
