Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Account Executive in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment.
  • Background in hospitality tech (PMS, RMS, payments, or guest experience platforms).
  • Familiarity with the California independent hotel landscape and owner communities (e.g., AAHOA, CHLA).
  • Strong ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience selling against top competitors in the hospitality tech space.
  • Comfort with high-velocity SMB sales motions and outbound discipline.
  • Willingness to travel across California (approx. 25% of the time).
  • Proficiency in CRM usage, specifically Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Run 2+ demos per day with hotel owners and GMs using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage a self-sourced outbound pipeline via in-market activity, association events, and direct outreach.
  • Execute roadshow days across the territory, including pre-booked anchor meetings and walk-ins.
  • Close $350k+ ARR per year with a disciplined sales cycle.
  • Leverage AI tools for pipeline health, forecasting, call summarization, and account research.
  • Represent Mews at industry events such as AAHOA, CHLA, and local hotel council gatherings.
  • Maintain high data integrity and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.
