Job Details

6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to management.
Success in upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers.
Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
Expertise in business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and C-suite presentations.
Strong communication skills for email and tools like Slack and Zoom.
Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically in Identity and Access Management.
Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
Experience with formalized sales processes, specifically MEDPICC preferred.
Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Manage and grow a designated territory with companies having 500 - 2,500 employees.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
Drive new business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts.
Close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.
Attend industry events and conferences to build brand presence and relationships with CISO, CIO, and VP-level contacts.
Collaborate with internal teams like BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success to develop tailored client solutions.
