Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity with a focus on Commercial accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to management.
- Success in upselling and cross-selling to new and existing customers.
- Advanced skills in prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
- Expertise in business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and C-suite presentations.
- Strong communication skills for email and tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically in Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Experience with formalized sales processes, specifically MEDPICC preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated territory with companies having 500 - 2,500 employees.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Drive new business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts.
- Close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build brand presence and relationships with CISO, CIO, and VP-level contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams like BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success to develop tailored client solutions.
