Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of professional, full-time, post-grad experience in a customer onboarding or implementation engineering role.
- Direct, professional client/customer-facing onboarding experience.
- Demonstrated, deep understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
- Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Track record of adapting, evolving, and continuously learning about cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to establish and refine onboarding operations.
- Guide customers through initial journey points and deliver solutions to enhance overall experience.
- Iterate and improve on strategies and automations that streamline workflows and tooling.
- Contribute to team knowledge base by documenting solutions to common customer situations.
- Execute day-to-day onboarding strategies focusing on rapid, frictionless implementation.
- Ensure smooth transitions between internal teams and foundational success for customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships during the migration journey.
- Monitor and maintain target metrics related to provisioning efficiency, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
