Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Fluent communication skills in French.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security and identity space (e.g., credential management, PAM, secrets management).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
- Understanding of developer workflows (CI/CD pipelines, container environments, cloud infrastructure).
- Knowledge of identity concepts such as SSO, SCIM, and OAuth/OIDC.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and time-management skills.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Position and demo 1Password products (EPM, SaaS Manager, Device Trust) as an integrated solution.
- Manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate technical success criteria.
- Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and vendor registration requirements.
