Requirements
- Several years of experience leading multiple engineering teams and managing Engineering Managers.
- Proven track record of setting technical strategy and owning product roadmaps in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural discussions.
- Experience developing engineering leaders and building high-performance, high-ownership cultures.
- Experience shipping user-facing products in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-native products or building AI-powered features.
- Comfortable leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
- Experience navigating organizational scaling and process design in growth-stage companies.
- Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional leadership.
- TypeScript or Node.js familiarity is a plus.
- Experience with developer tools, workflow automation, or open-source software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow multiple engineering teams across the Core Experience organization.
- Design the organization for scale across a multi-team area including established product surfaces and AI-focused teams.
- Foster a high-performance, high-ownership culture focused on growth and product impact.
- Set technical direction and architectural standards to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to align strategy with execution.
- Guide teams in building and harnessing AI-powered product experiences.
- Represent the Core Experience area within the engineering leadership team.
