Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of growth experimentation and product analytics (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Optimize discovery and checkout journeys to lift onboarding success and conversion rates.
- Drive fast-paced product iterations from concept to production.
- Run continuous experiments and A/B tests to validate new initiatives.
- Take full ownership of testing, deploying, and monitoring frontend and serverless systems.
- Leverage modern AI workflows and agents to accelerate development.
