Requirements
- Demonstrable experience shipping a real, user-facing product end-to-end.
- Expertise in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Python for backend development and AI agents.
- Fluent in agentic coding workflows as a primary daily practice.
- Strong product taste and UX sensibility without needing handed-off designs.
- Capacity to move across the full stack including deployment and infrastructure (Modal).
- Ability to work autonomously, own outcomes, and communicate directly with users.
- High-speed execution and a habit of shipping to production daily.
Responsibilities
- Ship user-facing product end-to-end from idea to production.
- Own onboarding and time-to-value to minimize user churn.
- Engage directly with users to shape problem statements and define solutions.
- Execute high-quality product polish to separate tolerated tools from recommended ones.
- Operate across the full stack including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback and metrics rather than rigid specs.
