Requirements
- 5+ years of success and quota attainment in software sales or software lead generation.
- Strong business acumen and experience driving deals forward.
- Demonstrated resiliency and personal drive to succeed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
- Proficient with MS Office product suites.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience selling to C-suite Directors and Executives preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations and/or higher education preferred.
- Familiarity with Board and Compliance applications preferred.
- Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other sales tools to identify and engage target accounts.
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to generate new meetings and sales conversations.
- Qualify prospects against ideal customer profiles and business needs, converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through negotiation and close within SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Present software technology to prospective clients via in-person demonstrations, phone calls, or video conferencing.
- Use a consultative selling methodology to leverage software strengths and accelerate decision-making by Economic Buyers.
- Work with Customer Success to ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding process and become long-term partners.
