Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Operations.
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise systems organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
Track record of defining enterprise technology strategy and leading complex business transformation.
Experience managing significant operating budgets, technology investment portfolios, and vendor relationships.
Proficiency in leveraging AI, automation, and modern enterprise platforms to drive outcomes.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational priorities into scalable processes.
Experience managing organizational change and driving continuous improvement.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Define and execute a multi-year systems strategy aligned with corporate growth and transformation objectives.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to simplify business processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Manage the Information Systems operating budget, investment portfolio, and resource planning.
Serve as an executive advisor on digital transformation, systems strategy, and operational scalability.
Lead and develop a global organization across product management, engineering, enablement, and support.
Establish governance and operational frameworks to ensure accountability and data-driven decision-making.
