Requirements
- Project management experience implementing 3E or other law firm finance systems.
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the legal software industry or with equivalent professional services.
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration software.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams using 3E Project Management tools.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication.
- Oversee project budget utilization, invoicing, and timecard reviews.
- Participate in requirements gathering and ensure all deliverables align with the Statement of Work.
