  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the legal software industry or with equivalent professional services.
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration software.
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams using 3E Project Management tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication.
  • Oversee project budget utilization, invoicing, and timecard reviews.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and ensure all deliverables align with the Statement of Work.
