- Knowledge of ISO standards, forensic quality assurance protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience conducting system audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to train and guide users on system processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance, functionality, integration, and enhancement of a complex database system.
- Manage system improvement initiatives and execution of updates.
- Conduct system audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance.
- Serve as primary liaison between users, program staff, engineers, and external agencies.
- Monitor system issues, user feedback, and operational metrics.
- Support data governance activities and FOIA-related requests.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes.
