- Proven track record managing portfolios of $5M–$10M+ in annual revenue.
- Expertise in medical affairs planning, strategy, and publications within biotech.
- Success in building and scaling accounts.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead strategic conversations with C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
- Lead and support high-performing account teams.
- Translate market trends into forward-thinking strategies.
- Oversee integrated business planning and high-value book of business.
- Establish success metrics and champion continuous optimization.
- Mentor senior account leaders and guide talent development.
- Direct large-scale budgets and resource allocation.
- Partner to uphold medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Lead organic growth opportunities and new business efforts.
- Support the Biotech Center of Excellence.
