- Strong command of the scientific communications lifecycle.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or a small portfolio with full ownership.
- Track record in cross-functional collaboration.
- Financially and operationally savvy.
- Experience in team leadership, growth support, and account expansion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior strategic partner guiding long-term account strategy.
- Lead portfolio-level planning and translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Oversee integrated account planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Champion Publications CoE standards, tools, and processes.
- Manage financial health, including forecasting and margin management.
- Mentor and develop senior account leaders.
- Support organic growth and contribute to new business pitches.
