Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying with a track record of campaign success.
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Excellent understanding of PPC, display, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user experience mapping.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work a split shift with overlap with the client's time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid performance marketing strategies that align with customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across PPC, display, social, and affiliate networks.
  • Own the full lifecycle of campaign execution—from audience targeting and ad creation to bid optimization and reporting.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
  • Conduct keyword research, build landing pages in collaboration with dev teams, and continuously improve conversion funnels.
  • Utilize heatmaps, user behavior data, and customer feedback to identify and resolve friction points.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to refine ads, CTAs, creatives, and conversion paths.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms and develop dashboards for reporting insights.
