Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience.
- Proven experience scaling Meta accounts at $100k+/month spend.
- Strong background in DTC e-commerce consumer scale-up.
- Expertise in campaign structure, bidding, attribution, and signal loss.
- Ability to write or direct high-converting direct-response copy.
- Proficiency in creative strategy and testing frameworks.
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting.
- Capability to work 50+ hours/week.
- Strong performance-driven mindset and analytical rigour.
Responsibilities
- Operate Meta ad accounts day-to-day across core brand and new offers.
- Structure, launch, and scale Meta campaigns with clear CAC and volume targets.
- Execute structured testing roadmaps for hooks, angles, offers, and LPs.
- Translate platform data into clear creative briefs for videos and UGC.
- Review and challenge performance from external Google/YouTube agency.
- Maintain weekly planning and reporting cadences for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-adjacent advertising regulations.
- Scale into new channels like Google, YouTube, and programmatic.
