- 6+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, ideally within Food & Beverage.
- 4+ years showing a demonstrated ability to scale brands within Food Service Channels.
- Proven success managing national or large accounts.
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics, promotional strategy, and trade spend management.
- Experience working with and managing brokers, distributors, and direct retailers.
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS).
- Experience managing customer-specific P&L and delivering against revenue targets.
- Ability to travel 20-30%.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with operational discipline and high analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build annual channel and account growth plans aligned to revenue objectives.
- Forecast volume, new placements, promotional activity, and trade investments.
- Define and monitor KPIs for distribution, menu placements, and velocity.
- Manage relationships with foodservice distributors and channel brokers.
- Develop and execute distributor activation plans to drive demand.
- Manage trade budgets with ROI discipline and monitor pricing structures.
- Expand distribution across sub-channels such as colleges, hospitality, military, and B&I.
- Represent the company at trade shows and operator events.
- Coordinate with culinary, marketing, and supply chain teams to meet operator requirements.
