Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful experience in identifying, building relationships, and selling software.
  • Proven success in enterprise-level software sales, managing integrated selling teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell six-and-seven figure deals.
  • Deep understanding of the storage management or data management industry, products, competitors, and trends.
  • Background in IT infrastructure.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience in Cloud, Storage, Data Protection, or Cybersecurity preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas by selling to large, complex prospects and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for target account expansion and acquisition.
  • Coordinate company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account objectives.
  • Manage a matrixed sales team and liaise with internal and partner stakeholders to drive deals to close.
  • Construct and deliver business cases at the CXO level including financial, technical, and strategic value propositions.
  • Identify and build strategic relationships with partners and alliances.
  • Negotiate and close deals following company practices and processes.
