Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS into European markets.
  • Proven track record with six-figure deals involving multiple stakeholders and cycles measured in months.
  • Ability to build own pipeline independently.
  • Strong commercial discipline including mastery of MEDDPICC, mutual action plans, and multi-threaded deal management.
  • Ability to hold high-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders like Supply Chain Directors and CIOs.
  • Honest deal management skills, including the ability to disqualify bad deals early.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience selling into Retail or FMCG operations is a plus.
  • Consulting background in strategy, operations, or implementation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in a second European language such as German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, or Polish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own a patch across continental Europe by building relationships, running discovery, scoping pilots, winning contracts, and managing expansion.
  • Sell into operating teams, including Heads of Supply Chain, Finance Directors, and Commercial Operations leads.
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss P&L, processes, and business problems.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales teams to demonstrate how the platform solves specific operational challenges.
  • Run discovery calls to establish working hypotheses on automation potential and cost of inaction.
  • Co-design pilots with the pre-sales team to ensure a clear path into production.
