Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrable experience selling specifically into Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, governance, risk, and security requirements in large organizations.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native concepts and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Ability to credibly engage architects and platform teams on technical topics.
  • Experience translating technical capabilities into business and risk-based value outcomes.
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline generation, deal management, and forecasting.
  • Strong proficiency in using Salesforce (SFDC) and related forecasting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong program management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of named Strategic Manufacturing and Automotive accounts.
  • Build and execute multi-year account plans to drive platform adoption and revenue targets.
  • Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other key technical and business leaders.
  • Lead complex, value-based sales cycles from discovery through closing.
  • Orchestrate account teams and partner ecosystems, including GSIs and cloud providers.
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to expand adoption and build customer advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales process hygiene using Salesforce.
