Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience.
- Documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
- Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks.
- Ability to confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), and KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics).
- Familiarity with data sovereignty requirements in Europe.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to building a market segment from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
- Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
- Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments.
- Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
