Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM systems, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on CRM expertise; architected a CRM from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of how CRM integrates across the modern revenue stack.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable systems and process solutions.
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can streamline revenue workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of the Sales and CS tech stack, with HubSpot as the system of record.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate adjacent tools (Unify, Gong, Clay, and others) to create a cohesive, high-leverage revenue infrastructure.
- Lead system integrations and ensure clean, reliable data flows across the stack via native connectors, middleware, and API-based integrations.
- Maintain a documented system architecture so the stack remains legible and scalable as the team grows.
- Serve as the primary HubSpot admin: users, teams, permissions, properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
- Partner with Sales and CS leaders to document and continuously improve the core GTM business processes.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to repetitive GTM workflows like enrichment, routing, follow-up, and reporting.
- Document workflows, build training materials, and run change management for new processes and tools.
