Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of driving measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
- Deep consultative skills with the ability to uncover institutional pain points and architect solutions.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills capable of engaging university leadership.
- Entrepreneurial and high agency mindset with ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Ability to partner seamlessly across teams and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML solutions, or management consulting preferred.
- Interest in higher education is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution from C-suite conversations to operational details.
Responsibilities
- Drive Partner Value & ROI by building compelling ROI narratives and proactively addressing gaps in value realization.
- Uncover New Use Cases by conducting deep discovery into institutional processes and working with engineers to deliver AI solutions.
- Build Trusted Advisor Relationships with C-level and departmental leaders to provide guidance on AI strategy and digital transformation.
- Drive Multi-Stakeholder Alignment by building consensus among diverse university stakeholders and managing expansion efforts.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery and feedback loop.
- Ensure Product Adoption & Health by monitoring usage patterns and identifying at-risk partners.
- Provide Market Insight to leadership and product teams to influence future strategy and innovation.
