Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or sales roles in B2B healthcare, SaaS, or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of owning and achieving growth targets across a portfolio of 20+ accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to design growth-driven strategies, including diagnosing underperformance and building/measuring recovery plays.
  • Strong ability to analyze account-level data and translate findings into clear stories or actionable insights.
  • Experience onboarding and training users on complex products with a focus on usage metrics.
  • Effective communication skills for both executive-level presentations and frontline troubleshooting.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with operations, scheduling, and billing teams.
  • Startup experience or comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, and building processes from scratch.
  • Self-directed and proactive in identifying challenges.
  • Experience carrying a quota or variable compensation tied to growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly referral targets and course-correct when metrics trend unfavorably.
  • Design and execute growth strategies by identifying barriers and implementing solutions.
  • Manage relationships with User and Detailed Buyers to optimize referral workflows and drive portal utilization.
  • Develop internal advocates within accounts to increase referral volume.
  • Onboard new target accounts to drive first referrals within 30 days.
  • Analyze portfolio patterns to turn winning plays into repeatable success motions.
  • Maintain accurate account records in HubSpot.
  • Conduct Partnership Experience Meetings to review performance and align on growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Clinical Operations, Enterprise BD, and Technology teams.
  • Represent the partner's voice in product roadmap discussions.
