Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in customer success or strategic account management.
- Background in health tech, digital health, or employee benefits.
- Deep understanding of employee benefits landscape and high-growth start-up environments.
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts with complex, multi-threaded relationship networks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive renewal and expansion.
- Experience using AI tools to drive operational efficiency at scale.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret program data and translate findings into client insights.
- Excellent communication, messaging, and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands across a large portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market employer and union clients, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation.
- Lead client onboarding from kickoff through go-live, ensuring strong member discovery and launch planning.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans based on client benefits goals and organizational dynamics.
- Drive population enrollment and engagement with Color’s products and services.
- Maintain high client NPS and renewal rates while identifying and closing expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with senior HR, Total Rewards, and benefits executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and deliver data-driven performance analysis and strategic insights.
- Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in reporting and communications while maintaining human-centric service.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to inform the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
