- Own the client lifecycle at both the health plan partnership level and individual ASO/group account level
- Lead health plan partnership onboarding from pre-contract through go-live
- Own ASO/group client go-live implementations and triage questions
- Build scalable, repeatable materials like launch playbooks and reporting decks
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior health plan stakeholders
- Translate complex client goals into strategic plans
- Own the overarching reporting strategy for each health plan partnership
- Act as the client voice for the Health Plan segment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on account strategy
