Requirements
- 3+ years of specialized experience in Partner Marketing, Field Events, or Channel Marketing, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of planning and executing high-quality B2B events (virtual and in-person) with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate across Sales, Product Marketing, and Design.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Experience using marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM platforms for lead tracking and attribution.
- High attention to detail and commercial acumen to manage event budgets and report on ROI.
- Familiarity with marketing through or to Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) is a plus.
- Experience managing listings on cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms such as ON24, Zoom Webinars, or Hopin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and analyze a rolling calendar of partner events including webinars, partner days, co-hosted field events, and industry conferences.
- Develop event briefs, run-of-show documents, speaker prep materials, and post-event reports.
- Source and manage event vendors, venues, AV/production partners, and logistics.
- Design and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with MSSPs and strategic partners.
- Manage end-to-end performance and optimization for B2B marketplace listings (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Distribute partner content and maintain partner portals with up-to-date sales and event assets.
- Track event-sourced pipeline and ROI in HubSpot and CRM systems.
- Define and document internal processes for GTM asset submission and partner event activation.
