Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS with full-cycle ownership.
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building automations and workflows across multiple tools.
  • Proficiency or strong willingness to learn SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working at a small or early-stage company creating structure.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently without an engineering team to lean on for complex tasks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Vitally, HubSpot, and Intercom is a plus.
  • Experience in HR Tech, Performance Management, or people operations software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery and consultative conversations with prospective customers focused on long-term outcomes.
  • Own the full customer journey from first conversation through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Build trust and identify expansion opportunities within an assigned book of business.
  • Surface patterns across accounts to improve product and internal team processes.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows across platforms like Vitally, HubSpot, and Intercom.
  • Write SQL to analyze data from BigQuery to identify customer trends and intervention signals.
  • Design digital customer success programs for accounts without a dedicated manager.
  • Develop repeatable assets including playbooks, automated sequences, guides, and videos.
