Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • 1+ year of experience working with Enterprise and/or high value customers.
  • Experience with Recruitment Advertising and/or Performance Based Advertising.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations using data storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills.
  • Curious self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of G Suite (docs, sheets, decks, gmail, calendar).
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and recruitment expert to key customer stakeholders.
  • Establish deep relationships with customers to understand challenges and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Strategy teams to drive revenue retention, renewals, and upsells.
  • Monitor and optimize account performance to ensure target metrics are exceeded.
  • Oversee account setup, project manage implementation to launch, and conduct customer training and onboarding.
  • Serve as the point person for customers and coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Deliver data-driven narratives and insights to guide customers through successful outcomes.
  • Travel to visit customers as needed for performance reviews and partnership building.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of industry technologies and ZipRecruiter products, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows.
