Requirements

- Paid social or Direct Response experience
- Ability to learn from training and examples to execute new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook)
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, TikTok, Youtube, or Snapchat
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Responsibilities
- Utilize data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
- Analyze data in platforms like Atria, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research
- Collaborate with Post-Production, Production, and Creative Strategy Lead to produce videos
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns
- Ensure visuals match the creative strategy
- Provide feedback and execute on feedback from the Creative Strategy Lead
- Analyze creative test results to drive iterations
- Conduct weekly strategic account planning
- Identify top-performing concepts and social media trends
