Requirements
- 5+ years of content experience in professional environments.
- At least 2 years in a strategy, senior individual contributor, or team lead capacity.
- Strong writing and editorial judgment.
- Experience building scalable content systems (workflows, templates, pipelines).
- Hands-on AI content experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini.
- Project management strength to handle concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Stakeholder management experience working with executives and clients.
- Long-form content experience (case studies, research reports, white papers).
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
- Proven ability to conduct interviews to extract expert insights.
Responsibilities
- Own editorial strategy across owned channels including website, blog, podcast, newsletter, and social.
- Build and maintain a 90-day content calendar aligned with go-to-market priorities.
- Develop and document scalable content systems, workflows, and templates.
- Integrate AI tools into content workflows for research, drafting, and distribution.
- Partner with sales teams to create sales enablement assets like one-pagers and decks.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across internal teams, clients, and freelancers.
- Optimize content for search and AI-driven discovery platforms.
