Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of relevant experience as an intermediate to senior writer.
  • Writing experience in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Purpose & Values, EVP, Leadership, Storytelling, Talent Attraction, or Internal Communications.
  • Demonstrated B2B experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across long and short formats.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Digital and SEO fluency.
  • Excellent time management and self-direction.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Comfort working remotely using MS Teams, video calls, and screen-sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in briefing, input, and discovery meetings to originate creative written concepts.
  • Develop strategic content tailored to different audience segments, job families, regions, and levels of seniority.
  • Create attention-getting concepts and clear direction for the design team to bring words and art together.
  • Present outlines, drafts, and works-in-progress to gather client feedback.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers to maintain strategy, vision, and deadlines.
  • Integrate nuanced feedback from stakeholders and participants into final deliverables.
