Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate affairs.
- Experience in scaled environments, ideally within consumer brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience managing reputational risk and building corporate narratives during rapid commercial scaling or regulatory scrutiny.
- Track record of managing multifaceted communications teams across internal, external, product, and policy disciplines.
- Exceptional executive presence and experience advising C-suite leadership.
- Proven ability in crisis management and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design a holistic internal and external communications strategy to support Wing's expansion into complex metropolitan markets.
- Normalize drone delivery for consumers, shaping future behavior without losing the innovative factor of our service.
- Drive B2B and B2C communications to ensure restaurant and retail partners recognize Wing as a viable, present-day delivery option.
- Partner with the Government and Affairs and Public Policy teams to engage with authorities and municipal governments on regulatory and community concerns.
- Oversee comprehensive executive communications, thought leadership, internal communications, and crisis communications frameworks.
- Distill complex autonomous technology into compelling, authentic stories for diverse stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing communications team fostering collaboration and excellence.
