Requirements

- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research practices.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice standards and pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate scientific and market insights.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Co-own field medical business planning, strategy execution, and operations in partnership with the National Director.
- Lead development and communication of disease, product, strategic, and competitive insights to Field Medical teams.
- Translate medical and product strategies into actionable field initiatives and operational plans.
- Drive project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting for key Field Medical priorities and initiatives.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of Field Medical activities, programs, and strategic objectives.
- Lead Field Medical congress planning, logistics, and medical expert engagement strategies for priority meetings.
- Design and execute clear, effective Field Medical communications across multiple channels and audiences.
