Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client management, partnerships, c4/527 organizing, or B2B sales in progressive politics.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale voter engagement programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn service offerings and scope programs for progressive impact.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with interest in improving processes and repeatable workflows.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales-ops tools such as Copper, Asana, or Airtable.
  • Desire to help build progressive power and alignment with organizational mission.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients and lead discovery conversations to develop partnership opportunities.
  • Own and grow an assigned portfolio of client relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Drive client opportunities from discovery through proposal development and contracting.
  • Design and execute evidence-based programs including texting, RCT management, and digital services.
  • Translate client goals into ambitious tactics, timelines, and metrics.
  • Improve and standardize internal processes for proposal development and program execution.
  • Coordinate with Experiments, Tech, and Data teams for cross-functional program implementation.
