Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client management, partnerships, c4/527 organizing, or B2B sales in progressive politics.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale voter engagement programs with measurable impact.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Aptitude to quickly learn service offerings and scope programs for progressive impact.
- Systems-oriented mindset with interest in improving processes and repeatable workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales-ops tools such as Copper, Asana, or Airtable.
- Desire to help build progressive power and alignment with organizational mission.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and lead discovery conversations to develop partnership opportunities.
- Own and grow an assigned portfolio of client relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Drive client opportunities from discovery through proposal development and contracting.
- Design and execute evidence-based programs including texting, RCT management, and digital services.
- Translate client goals into ambitious tactics, timelines, and metrics.
- Improve and standardize internal processes for proposal development and program execution.
- Coordinate with Experiments, Tech, and Data teams for cross-functional program implementation.
