Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing six-figure gifts or multi-year funding.
- Background in multi-regional, national, or complex organizational development structures.
- Proven track record of aligning local fundraising efforts with national priorities.
- Experience translating organizational vision into actionable regional plans.
- Experience collaborating across departments and coaching regional fundraising staff.
- Strong background in pipeline development, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable to managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Advance 2028 strategic priorities through growth in new corporate and foundation partnerships.
- Lead execution of multi-regional fundraising strategy to achieve annual revenue targets of $500,000–$600,000.
- Build annual regional fundraising plans in partnership with regional leaders.
- Ensure regional adherence to fundraising targets, maintaining 3X pipeline coverage.
- Collaborate with regional Executive Directors and development staff to ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor performance data to inform decision-making and strategic shifts.
