Requirements
- Native German speaker (essential).
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to prospect strategic decision makers and executives.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Formal sales training (e.g., Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger).
- Strong communication skills.
- Sales or Marketing Technology sales experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with a 'startup DNA' mindset.
Responsibilities
- Take a strategic and hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Implement a proactive strategy for your sales approach.
- Consult with prospects to gain insights into their business pains.
- Demonstrate the value of the Showpad solution aligned to prospect goals.
- Collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, and Post-Sales Support teams.
- Engage with Senior Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
- Sell effectively into a variety of lines of business at the C-level.
- Negotiate with strong pricing discipline.
