Requirements

  • Native German speaker (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling software into mid-sized to large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to prospect strategic decision makers and executives.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales or Marketing Technology sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with a 'startup DNA' mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Take a strategic and hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Implement a proactive strategy for your sales approach.
  • Consult with prospects to gain insights into their business pains.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Showpad solution aligned to prospect goals.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Partnerships, and Post-Sales Support teams.
  • Engage with Senior Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
  • Sell effectively into a variety of lines of business at the C-level.
  • Negotiate with strong pricing discipline.
